A pathway for lightening the load

This pathway is delivered over 10 weeks, part-time, face-to-face.

Getting ready to (re)enter the world of work can be scary. From things like where to go to find a job, to filling out an application form online and impressing at an interview, it can feel overwhelming and like a lot of hurdles to overcome. Our Get Set pathway is focused on removing those hurdles to help make this process as easy as possible for you.

From guidance around presenting your skills and knowledge in the best way when applying for jobs, to interview practice and even the likes of planning how to get there, our friendly team will support you every step of the way.

And what’s more, we can help you to gain new skills and qualifications to sharpen your CV, usually at no cost.
