A pathway for lightening the load

This pathway is delivered over 10 weeks, part-time, face-to-face.

Step away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and slow the pace down a little with our series of interactive workshops. This pathway will equip you with the knowledge and understanding that you need to successfully develop strategies to manage well-being and emotions.

During these workshops, participants will focus on building their mental resilience, including things like stress management and mindfulness. But we’ll also look at things such as nutrition, and explore how good nutrition can benefit the heart, mind, and body.

There are lots of options to choose from within this pathway such as yoga, walking groups, cooking clubs and much more. We work with participants to develop a tailored programme of activities that help to meet your individual needs.
