A pathway for lightening the load

This pathway is delivered over 10 weeks, part-time, face-to-face.
We all form habits and sometimes it’s really hard to change them, but changing our eating habits and looking after ourselves a bit better can make a huge difference to our overall quality of life in terms of both health and well-being. Make It Happen is designed to empower you to break some of those habits, because through simple and easy changes, we can all look after ourselves a bit better.
By giving you loads of practical tips and advice on how you can improve your mental and physical wellbeing, we hope to create some new, healthier habits and break the cycles that we often get into.
On addition to the likes of cookery club, we also invite you to get involved with fun and engaging social activities such as a walking group and gardening activities.
